Volunteer moderator within Marsha Squad, a professional moderation service (100+ moderators, 24/7 coverage, 20+ languages, 500+ communities across Discord, Twitch and YouTube). Online community moderation: harmful-content filtering, raid detection and handling, rule enforcement, incident management and member support to keep spaces safe and welcoming.

Building a premium online portfolio inspired by Apple visual grids, in React. Using the Developer-Portfolio template (Ibrahim Memon). React + Tailwind + Framer Motion integration. Minimalist art direction: black background, Apple-style grids, clear hierarchy. GA4 + Meta Pixel integration for analytics tracking. Optimized SEO: meta tags, open graph, allanduval.fr domain. LinkedIn mockup produced for launch teaser.

Design a comprehensive repositioning strategy for Guillaume Coudray, a mediator in Bordeaux: identity, services, website, hybrid model. Assessment of current activities & needs analysis. Creation of a new visual identity (logo, name, art direction). Service mapping: businesses ↔ youth ↔ association. Persona design, customer journeys, cone of vision. Development of a pragmatic roadmap (growth phases, funding, partnerships).
Fabrique 77 — Inclusive Digital Training

Create a brand and training network in Seine-et-Marne to promote digital inclusion. Branding definition: name, logo, visual identity. Design of a module catalogue (office tools, AI, social media, e-commerce). Preparation of teaching kits (Canva/Figma materials). Targeting regional partnerships (associations, local authorities, local businesses). Creation of a flexible business model: subsidized free training + B2B services.
Multi-Platform Dataset — AI vs Non-AI (TikTok/YouTube/Instagram/CTV)
2024–2026
Consolidated dataset for comparative analysis of AI vs non-AI video campaigns across 4 platforms: TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels, and CTV. Data collected via Ads Transparency Centers, TikTok Creative Center, Meta Ad Library, and Trade Desk. Dataset of 350+ campaigns analyzed with standardized metrics: VTR, CPV, CPM, ROAS, Brand Lift. Database for the M1 thesis on the impact of generative AI on advertising performance.
Design & InnovationTIPI — Fluxus (MainXa startup)

M2 MITIC capstone project (Université Gustave Eiffel): 7 months in a team organized like a start-up for a real client, AMETIS (recycling). As Team Leader of a 5-person cross-disciplinary team, designed Fluxus — a SaaS/HaaS platform for piloting industrial recycling flows. It centralizes today's scattered data (ERP, regulatory tools, spreadsheets) through an operations dashboard, a QSE compliance interface and an operator mobile app (weighing, non-conformities, incident reports), augmented with AI (anomaly detection, regulatory monitoring) and real-time IoT. An iterative approach (research, ethnography, scoping, Figma prototyping, business model) rooted in responsible digital design. Presented at the UNIVCAMP event.
